The Civil Aviation (Access to Air Travel for Disabled Persons and Persons with Reduced Mobility) Regulations 2014 came into effect on Monday. And about time too, yet still no provisions for accompanying assistant or fare concessions, This regulatory change came into effect on Monday yet despite paid executive full time staff our charities have not informed us of the change we have to wait with the rest of the general public to find out in the press.
