The Coil Studio: Co-lease Announcement The Coil Studio is looking to co-lease it’s studio space in the beautiful Uptown Altamonte Springs area. This opportunity is perfect for a licensed Hair Stylist, Makeup artist, Esthetician or Jewelry Designer interested in building their clientele or showcasing work on a part time basis in a beautiful window view studio space for a very reasonable rate. Must haves for this opportunity - Must be a licensed professional and have a portfolio OR examples of work that will be represented or serviced in the studio. - Must have at least two recent professional references. - Must have deposit equivalent to one week of rent for move in and will receive one week for free to give enough time to adjust your schedule and notify clients of your new location. - Must be available Monday through Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturdays are not required or available. - Must be personable, friendly and easy to get along with. - Serious and professional inquiries ONLY!
