Communication sent to the then governing council member from south regional zone of AICTE in July 2009. Dr.Senthilnathan on behalf of me, rang up to the principal of CIT to progress the scenario and the conversation recorded is attached here for your reference. There is no reason in dragging the issue in same direction. I wish the commissioner, being the appellate authority to intervene in this issue and solve the matter for procedure as per govt norms. The charges are very mere lame reasons as they can be solved easily by the Head of the department. He did that earlier but later moved to support Prof.Selladurai since he felt my progress is checking his goal to become the principal. His objective and vision are not to the basic job requirement of principal which any one can easily make out. There is no reason for Prof.Selladurai in this issue then which must be noted and for his intervention only police were inducted. I gave the clear reason as I could do my duty even only when the governing council is convened. The act of holding the keys with them and shifting my work place without my knowledge is ridiculous and harassment to the core. The suspension order shows his direct intervention. If the commission makes it between me and Prof.Selladurai, I can clear his personal intention as why he is revengeful and which is unwarranted for his stance. Having taken the charge as chairman of governing council too , I had indicated him of his duty through hierarchy. I expect the official stance of then principal and the present member of governing council.DTE too is involved in spreading the rumour as CIT is governed by management which is really not so , as per norms, it is government aided financially too. Whereas all self financing institutions come under the purview of common code stipulated by Human resource department through DTE.AICTE is part of it. I don’t think can remain autonomous even. You cannot categorise anything as private anywhere. There is no place for assumptions, but for facts. Having taken the charge as Director, Technical Education, I would like to view the status of CIT now and its history along with my contribution and realize the institution now is to the control of Prof.Selladurai. It need to be regulated for norms that CIT gets its up gradation as university which could award degrees as per self claim through right to education projecting life time experiences. I repeat again that I can clear the clouds of Prof.Selladurai. Such anarchy, authority is ruining the nation to the core. Principal has to respond only for norms where telephonic conversation is not legally permitted. I wish to convey him that his psychology is giving more for me and I wish it to be his own conscience which will readily say I deserve my place for my claims. ENACT E GOVERNANCE.ONLY THEN THE ANARCHY CAN GET BACK TO DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.THE RECORDING FACILITY WHICH COEMS AS BASIC WITH MODERN MOBILE TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN USED HERE NOT AS INVESTIGATIVE, BUT PROGRESSIVE AS I CAN NTO SIT SIMPLY AT HOME.
