Proposed Resolution refilling with Sangguniang Panlungsod certain matters which were not resolved by the previous Sanggunian. (Referred to the Committee on Rules) 3. Letter from Mr. Salvador P. Bartolome Jr. dated August 6, 2013 re: letter of Notice Resume Employment. (Referred to the Committee on Rules) 4. Proposed Ordinance Enhancing and modernizing the Santiago City Council’s Policy for transparency, public accessibility and participatory involvement of citizens towards good governance and accountability thru live coverage during Sangguniang Panlungsod’s Session, Committee hearings and public hearings with appropriate archival documentation and dissemination executed and dynamically restructured, revived information and communication office. (Referred to the Committe on Rules, Committee on Appropriations and Good Government. At 2:00 PM As agreed upon during our previous dialogue held last August 16, 2013, please be informed that the Committee on Environmental Protection and Climate Change will conduct another public hearing/dialogue in aid of legislation to discuss the proposed ordinance prohibiting the use of non-biodegradable plastic carryout bags in all commercial establishments operating within our City and promoting the use of eco bags/reusable and other environment friendly practices as an alternative. Moreover, you are hereby reminded to send your representative in forming our Consultative Technical Working Group for the final crafting of the aforementioned ordinance.
