The Computer Center of Lucedale is now accepting resumes for a Part-Time Receptionist. Duties and responsibilities will include: communicating professionally with customers by phone and in person to determine the problems they are experiencing; creating accounts and maintaining customer contact information; estimating prices for repairs; receiving payments; routing phone calls; selling products and services; preparing and mailing correspondence; light cleaning; assisting other staff as necessary. Applicant MUST HAVE: a high school diploma, however, some college is preferred; excellent customer service and phone skills; strong organizational skills; the ability to multi-task and function under pressure, and demonstrate excellent grammar skills and attention to detail; experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; a valid drivers license and auto insurance. Applicant MUST BE: physically capable of lifting 30 lbs. frequently; able to pass a drug test; available to work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays, as scheduled. Experience in additional Microsoft Office programs preferred; Spanish fluency preferred. Salary depends on experience and will only be discussed at final interview.
