Proceeded to embarrass me in front of customers by continually refusing to help us and it took me getting loud and rather hostile to resolve the situation which after the supervisor and store manager got involved, it was told that no laws or even costco policies were broken and sorry for the embarrassment... Really?! Sorry for the embarrassment?
