The County Government of Wajir has trained all the County Chief Officers and County Directors on performance Management system in preparation for the signing of performance Contract during the financial year 2014/2015. The County Executives will also sign a Performance Contract with H.E the Governor while the Chief Officers shall sign with the CECs. The Performance contract will be cascaded to the lowest level in the structure of the County to ensure efficient service delivery. The departments will be submitting quarterly reports to the Governor to monitor the implementation of programmes in their departments. At the end of the contract period the departments will be evaluated and the department that performs the best will be recognized and awarded with a prize. Those who did not performed well will be named and shamed and appropriate action taken.
