The Crusades started with Pope Urban II in 1095 and ended something like 700-800 years ago. I get a little sick of this time in history being used as justification for the Christian Genocide going on all over the planet. Christianity has some things which it should not be proud of historically. No one denies that. But how long are we going to play this game? You cant justify a religion that still lives in the dark ages when the rest of us have moved decidedly forward. Yet in liberal ideology this makes perfect sense. Whatever happened 800 years ago still counts, just like whatever happened 200 years ago with slavery still counts. This is not an ideology of co-existence. It is about stirring up division and hate. I am neither a master of slaves nor a butcher of non-Christians. I am just a guy who has to have that history thrown in his face every single day, most likely for the rest of my life, and thats a fact. Get over it.
