The DICHOTOMY between Christianity v. Gnosticism in AMERICA - I just heard in a video that American has always had a thick Christian veneer...with a gnostic core. Deep...but makes sense. Many argue that America was founded on Christianity...but the powers always seem to conveniently ignore Christian principles when its convenient. That founders were gnostic explains this dichotomy. The powers at be simply use Christianity when convenient...because they are secretly gnostic...which by definition means they...mix philosophy, metaphysics, curiosity, culture, knowledge, and the secrets of history and the universe to rise to the level of God and have a relationship with God. In other words, they believe in the power of humanity / mankind over submitting to God....which is not biblical.
