The Danish Ambassador Ms. Hanne Fugl Eskjær yesterday visited the office of Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre (BYLC) in their Baridhara Office. BYLC is a youth leadership institute in Bangladesh who works to bridge gaps in society by uniting youth from diverse backgrounds through leadership training and community engagement. During the visit the Ambassador spoke to the BYLC staff and volunteers about her personal leadership journey. She highlighted two things during her speech, firstly the importance of always being fully committed to the task in hand and secondly, keeping an open mind to recognize and embrace new opportunities. Ejaj Ahmed, President of BYLC, presented the Ambassador a drawing of the ‘Leadership Roll’ which depicts the work of leadership.
