The Delaware Smallmouth fishery has much improved, but it is still very fragile. This winter I will be sending a Petition to PA Fish & Boat and NJ Fish & Wildlife with as many signatures is I can get to impose a 2 Bass Limit from NY State Line down to Trenton NJ. Then to make the section of the National Forest artificial lures only and prohibit the use of Hellgramites on the entire river. If you are in agreement give this post a like.
