The Demand Of Progress Exodus 19:3 Many of us live life too - TopicsExpress

The Demand Of Progress Exodus 19:3 Many of us live life too casually. We are very complacent and indolent and that is the reason we do not make progress. Many have made themselves belief that what will be will be, hence they sit with their arms folded, watching events happen. Truth is, what will be will NOT be except you enforce it, and i like you to also know that, life will not give you what you deserve, it will give you only what you demand. Life is unfair to everyone, but as many as choose to go the extra mile to do what others arent doing, they will surely get what others are not getting out of life. In our reference Scripture, observe that Moses had left his tent to the mountain before God called out to him. He didnt sit in his tent, waiting for God to summon him, he made the first move. That showed that he was truly zealous about his assignment; he wasnt casual with it. It seems to me like God was actually waiting for Moses to take that first step before speaking!!Friend, please understand that, there is no food for lazy man. That word food stands for progress, success, greatness, wealth, etc. None of these is accessible to the lazy person. Dont just sit in your tent waiting for things to happen. Do something. Take a step. Make a move. Bishop Jakes once said…the reason Gods word isnt working in your life is because you are not working it. When you work the word, it will certainly work!! Many of us get a word from God and we just take it to our bedroom and have a very nice sleep. You think that is how to see the word fulfilled? What about your covenant responsibilities? To make progress, you must get up and get going. You must step out of your tent. Wisdombite for today: Those who live life casually end as casualties Memory verse: James 2:17 Blessings for the day!!
