The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio is offering FREE dental care for children 18 years old and under on the annual Give Kids a Smile Day on Friday, February 6, 2015. Give Kids a Smile day is a national program promoting childrens dental health. Services provided on that day include cleanings, exams, x-rays, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and space maintainers. If the patients needs cant be completed on that day, the child is adopted by a local dentist who will complete their care. Parents, if interested, please complete the form available on our website (wls4kids.org/files/user/172/file/20141209094122754.pdf) and call for an appointment for your child to be scheduled. Send in completed forms to the school nurse for her to fax to the dental center, and they will call you back with an appointment. Forms MUST be received by January 23, 2015.
