The Department for Education (DfE) commissioned the National Children’s Bureau (as part of the Children’s Partnership) to carry out a survey of voluntary and community sector organisations involved in supporting looked after children and care leavers. A total of 69 people responded raising a number of issues, although there was notable interest in three particular priority areas: 1. Ensuring childrens views are taken into account 2.
