The Devil has no Choice BUT to Let you LOOSE!!!!!!!! (Acts 16:16-40) Paul and Silas went to Macedonia. They preached about Jesus. Some people didnt like them and ordered them thrown in jail. They were not treated very nicely in jail. They were chained even when the cell doors were locked. They were beaten. Paul and Silas never lost hope. They prayed and sang hymns every day. One night Paul and Silas were still singing. It was around midnight. There was an earthquake. The walls started shaking. All the cell doors flew open and the chains opened and fell off all the prisoners. The guard saw all the doors open and the chains on the floor. He thought the prisoners had escaped. He thought he was in big trouble. He was scared. Dont be afraid, said Paul. We are all right here He called for someone to get him a light so he could see for himself. He counted the prisoners. Sure enough, they were all there. That made the guard wonder. Why hadnt the prisoners left the nasty jail when they had the chance? Why did all of them stay there? He finally knew! He had it figured out! He went up to Peter and Silas. What do I do to be saved? asked the guard. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, replied Paul and Silas. The guard was so happy, he took Paul and Silas to his house. He fed them. He let them wash. Paul and Silas talked all abut Jesus. They told them everything. Everyone in the house was baptized that very night. The next morning, the guard told Paul and Silas some good news. He had permission to set them free. I was reminded of the story of Paul and Silas on yesterday, that they prayed and sang praises to God until the prison doors opened; and every ones bands were loosed! I came to remind someone on today that no matter what has kept you bounded, God Just LOOSED IT!!!!!!! LOOSED!!!! Woman Thou Art Loosed. Man Thou Art Loosed! Every Chain that has kept your family from receiving blessings has JUST BEEN BROKEN!!!! God has already told us in the Bible in Matthew 18:18 (NKJV), “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. LOOSED!!!!!!! Shake yourself off, and get back up again! Do the Harlem Shake if you must, but keep going. Don’t stop! Your destiny is not tied to your CHAINS!! Lets Pray: Dear God, Thank you for always being with me. Thank you for caring for me. Help me to always remember to be joyful in every situation, because you are with me.
