The Difference Between Maintaining and Living For the longest I had been satisfied with just maintaining. I guess it was probably due to the fact that I grew up in a society full of maintainers. See my momma and daddy went from being two of the most revered drug dealers in New Orleans St.Thomas projects to becoming full fledged addicts. So I watched them maintain their habits all while trying to maintain 3 kids. Then my father committed suicide so I slowly, yet unknowingly, became a maintainer just like him. Instead of maintaining a drug habit, I fought everyday to maintain my sanity. See I never knew what it was to live... And I mean living in a sense of having a fulfilling life. Coming from where I come from, my only dream was to maintain only because I couldnt grasp the concept of living. Of living life to its fullest. In my opinion, the difference between the two are so huge. Huge enough to turn the old NaTee into the new NaTee because I no longer just want to maintain. I want to live... -3D NaTee 3DNATEE
