The Difference Between an Atheist and Christian. If you’re right: then there is no God. There is no justice, because there is no Heaven or Hell. That means those you convince have no need or conviction to have any sense of morality, because if there is no sense of any type of punishment or things considered right or wrong, then each individual is left with a sense of, “I’ll do whatever pleases me, and disregard other people’s concerns about how to live my life, because there is no consequence. I’ll do whatever I want: lie, steal, cheat, and disregard or hide from the laws of this world has created, all in an attempt to live my life any way I choose by pleasing myself; there is no Heaven or Hell: I’m free to murder, fight, deceive, abort, lie, pedophile, rape, enslave etc.” You may say in your own mind that, it will not do this, but you’re saying that: FOR YOU it won’t do this, but the doctrine you teach leaves it up to each individual to evaluate what having no consequences means to them. If I’m right: then there is a Heaven, and a Hell, and God is the Just Judge that has given His standard or law to the peoples He created, on the Earth that He created, through His word in the Bible, to let them know what is right or wrong, and that there is punishment for denying Him, which is spending an eternity in Hell. If you are right: people are free to do whatever pleases themselves, no matter the consequences, and this world will devolve into utter chaos. If I’m right: God will change your heart and open your eyes to His amazing grace, and there will be a world of people that are walking in the ways of the Lord with a sense of morality and try their best to obey the laws of God, even trying to tell other people about this awesome God of Justice. The biggest difference between an atheist and a Christian is that if I’m right, I’m trying to open your eyes to the glory of God, and hoping that: if you’ve changed your heart to believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and believe that He died for your sins, that I’ll see you in Heaven one day, instead of Hell. But if you’re wrong, and there is a Heaven and Hell, and a God who has given us His Word and Law or standard in which we should be living, then you have secured my fate in Hell with your false propaganda. erictheevangelist@yahoo
