Today, Russia is working, Ukraine is functioning and so we can confidently say that Georgia and Latvia and the rest are working. What about the Federation of Yugoslavia, that after prolonged war broke into pieces rather than continue to dwell in false unity as experience in Nigeria. The union gave birth to Kosovo. The federation was further divided into five successor states: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and FR Yugoslavia (later renamed into Serbia and Montenegro). They are really working Crimea has been part of Ukraine but when the Whitemen saw the Oppression and marginalization going on there, they rethink and opt out. There is ongoing plot for the people of Catalunya in Spain & Scotland in Great Britain to secede this very year. Here in Africa, its either we would rather die in false disunited Country than part way. What do you think is the cause of this negative perception on the part of Black Africans?
