VALENTINE NGOZI UGWU-EGBU AND NURSE EGO IS NOT ONLY A CASE AGAINST HUMANITY BUT ALIEN IN THE SUPREMACY OF NIGERIAN LAWS; A CALL FOR ARREST AND PROSECUTION OF THE ABOVE MENTION INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. The HUMAN RIGHT AND JUSTICE AND PEACE FOUNDATION writes with utmost dismay over the Criminal Conduct of the above persons. Recall that about few months ago, one nurse Ego, who reside at Nkpor in Idemili North L.G.A. of Anambra State, having known Mr. & Mrs. Sylvernus Mbaso who had spent over 16 years with childlessness, told them that a certified medical doctor has got the authority of relevant government certification to practice and run a motherless babies home. But also Mrs. Mbaso was dupe by the duo after she was compel to paid the sum of N172,500 to Dr. Valentine Ngozi Ugwu-Egbu, for a child which was never adopted. Recall also that the said Dr. Ugwu-egbu whose Maternity Hospital located at Ogborie Agwa near Owerri, Imo State with GSM number 08035603161 while Nurse Ego GSM 08064722925, conspire among themselves and dupe Mbaso the above stated amount in the pretence of adopting a baby for them which never happen. THIS ORGANIZATION THEREFORE DEMAND AS FOLLOWS:- 1. That the said Dr. Valentine Ngozi Ugwu-Egbu whom we learnt have been in the illegal practice of selling babies to individuals using his profession as a cover should be investigated if found culpable punished accordingly. 2. That the said sum which the Mbaso’s paid to Dr. Ugwu-Egbu should be return with uttermost immediacy. 3. That your Agency shall investigate Dr. Ugwu-Egbu with aim of unrevealing his illegal business of selling babies including nurse Ego who had work as partner with him for so long and presently working as a nurse to a particular hospital. 4. That the Mrs. Mbaso had mounted pressure to Nurse Ego which led to agreement to Mrs. Mbaso attorney over the payment of the above stated sum (a letter and the said agreement are hereto attached for your perusal and necessary office actions). 5. That the habit of selling of babies by a certify Medical Doctor should be investigated accordingly, these babies maybe handed over to ritualists among others. 6. Consequently, this letter is like a TIME BOMB which may detonate positively or negatively if not well investigated accordingly. We count on your anticipated action in the next few days.
