The Director of CID Police Headquarters, Accra ILLEGAL ENTRY AND POSSESSION OF MY HOUSE, NUMBER 99, PLOT 31B1 AT BLUE TOP ESTATE KASOA I formally write to report the criminal act of Mr. Kwame Acheampong of phone number-0264651141 residing at Odorkor in Accra for illegally breaking into and renting out my house number 99, Plot number 31B1 at Blue top Estate kasoa. This action of kwame Acheampong was discovered and reported to me on the 25th May 2013 when my brother went there for the usual visit to the house. Upon further investigation, it came out clearly that the place has been rented to one FELIX NYANZU, phone number 0243675433 for two years occupancy with the claim that Mr. Kwame Acheampong owns the property which is absolutely false. This is a serious criminally motivated behavior which l refer to you for your necessary action. Currently, l have no access to my property since all the security locks have been changed. Further enquiries from my immediate neighbour Mr. Jacob Ashun Junior in Block 100 revealed that this is not the first time Mr.kwame Acheampong has done this is the Estate. He did same to Block 106,107 and is now preparing to break into Block 84 at the Blue Top Estate Kasoa. Kindly find attached petition initiated on my behalf by my immediate neighbour Mr. Jacob Ashun Junior-0268165808 titled “Petition against the Behaviour of Mr. Kwame Acheampong” dated 13th June 2013 to the Director CID police Headquarters Accra. Mr. Kwame Acheampong is supposedly the former president of the Residents Association of Blue Top Estate Kasoa who is no longer even resides in the community. Attached also, are some relevant documents on the ownership of the house for your perusal. I hereby grant powers of attorney to Mr. Jacob Ashun Junior to pursue the case in my absence due to transfer out of Accra. I strongly count on your assistance.
