The Director of the CIA speaking in 2011. Three years after George Bush was no longer President. He had seen former military officer after former military officer go television to tell us about the goal of the Islamist to create a Caliphate. Was this man now denying this in 2011 for pure (we got this war against radicals won) political reasons to back the President (his boss), was he following his own intelligence people, or was he just this plain stupid? If this man is saying this three years into Obamas presidency then HOW is the invasion of Iraq by ISIS now George Bushs fault in 2014? President Obama has stated several times since 2009 that the war in Iraq has been won and our soldiers are coming home. So if Obama won it then how did George Bush lose it?
