The Dirtbag 50 is in the books. I know I said it would be 100 miles but that was my ego writing checks my spirit refused to cash. Either way, it was an awesome experience and thanks to everyone who pledged or donated - and a huge word of thanks to Justin Lueth and Amy Meinert Shelangoski for pacing the first 20 miles! Thanks to Kim Halverson, Del Preston and Teri Lester Preacher for providing moral support and warm food. Thanks also to the folks who were having a drunken brawl at the campsite. Without you I would never have given myself the option of coming back to town where a warm bed destroyed my hopes of coming anywhere near my goal We have already received several hundred dollars at the church and I know many of you are wondering where to send your contributions. This is ONLY for folks who pledged. Im not asking for donations. Those who were unable to provide financially gave 100 fold in prayer and I appreciate that very much! Make checks out directly to Tammy Toyne Stoffers and send them to the church. The address is 606 4th Av, Durant, IA 52747.
