Only 3 years old at the time, this little hack looks rather attractive, standing in stark contrast to her surroundings...gritty, grimy Newark...and, seemingly, in defiance of the new reality for the EL that would follow what was to become an $11 Million tally of damage courtesy of Hurricane Agnes.
