The Door of Truth I saw a vision of a doorway and it had two - TopicsExpress

The Door of Truth I saw a vision of a doorway and it had two gatekeepers, one was humility and the other obedience. This doorway opened up to green pastures filled with the goodness of the Lord. It reminded me of the vision that Pastor Billie was given about entering into the new through a low door, where we needed to humble ourselves. Also I was reminded of the verse in, Luke 14:11 Because everyone who will exalt himself shall be humbled and everyone who will humble himself shall be exalted Showing that the purpose for the Lord to humble, is not to humiliate but to bring us to freedom, through the Truth (John 8:32), the Lord brings us low, so that we enter through the door, not in our wisdom but in His. For the source of a man’s wisdom will determine the truth he walks in. John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. Phil 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: John 5:19 So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise. Here we can see that Jesus humbled himself, becoming of no reputation, as a servant who did nothing of His own accord, following fully that which He saw His Father doing. In other words walking in humility and obedience. These two traits allowed Him to take on the position of the door, not just any door but the door to complete salvation, in every area of life and freedom of the truth. In order for us to experience that freedom we must know the Truth. The word, for know, here is the same word used when it was said that Joseph, knew not Mary, until after the birth of Jesus. It is an intimate knowing, not a casual relationship. The more intimate we become with the Truth, the greater the freedom we walk in, for any barriers that could hold us back will be brought low, as we surrender to Him. Then as we walk in obedience, to the Truth, in humility, we will enter into the fullness of the place He has brought us too. There are also levels of humility. I believe the deepest level of humility is meekness Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. I believe the Spirit told me that meekness is humility birthed in awe. It is the humility that comes from cultivating the fear of the Lord in our lives. Job 28:28 And to man He said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding. As we walk in meekness, we walk in His wisdom, which leads us to His Truth, which leads to true freedom. This is the walk of Christ.
