The ‘Double the Fun 5K Run’ on Saturday September 7 in Lordship is encouraging participants to run in pairs – starting and finishing together. Any combination is welcome, such as husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend, brother/sister, parent/child, friends – basically whatever you decide. This provides a great opportunity for experienced runners to help guide a novice through a 5k run, perhaps for the first time, but those who wish to run as individuals are welcome to do so.
