The Downtown City Center Parking Structure located between Carey and Pioneer Avenues and 16th and 17th Streets will be renamed the Jack R. Spiker Downtown Parking Structure during a ceremony to be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2 at the corner of Carey Avenue and West Lincolnway. Spiker served as Mayor of Cheyenne for eight years between 2001 and 2009 and served two terms on the Cheyenne City Council from 1997-2000 and from 2009 to 2012. The dedication ceremony is open to the public.
