The Dubois County Community Foundation has been instrumental in the success of our program over the years. They have contributed to our recent infant and toddler expansion, the annex Club H project, Playground upgrades and variety of other quality improvement projects. Most recently they have offered a training series for non-profit programs that have been instrumental in the development of our board and fundraising efforts. As the annex project began, the Dubois County Community Foundation was also there to help us plan for our expansion and its sustainability. This is when the foundation funded the initial $5,000 to establish the HUMmingbird Day Care Endowment Fund #0340. With this initial contribution, plus that of other community supporters, interest and gains, we currently have $14,113.01 in our Endowment. These funds will support our program as future generations of children attend our program. What an amazing legacy we have here in Holland for future generations of children.
