The Dungeon Fitness & Athletics New Schedule (Look for our new classes here soon like zumba, yoga and athletic sport class) Mondays 6:30 - 7:00 am ---- 30 min wakeup call 4:30 – 6:00 pm --- Kids Boxing program 7:00 – 8:00 pm --- Bertos Boot camp 8:00 – 9:00++ pm ---Dungeon Boxing Class Tuesday 5:00 – 630 pm --- Weight lifting Course with Coach Berto Wednesday 6:30-7:00 am – 30 min wakeup call 4:30 – 6:00 pm --- Kids Boxing program 7:00 – 8:00 pm --- Bertos Boot camp 8:00 – 9:00++ pm ---Dungeon Boxing Class Thursday 5:00 – 630 pm --- Weight lifting Course with Coach Berto Fridays 6:30-7:00 am – 30 min wakeup call 4:30 – 6:00 pm --- Kids Boxing program 6:00 – 7:00 pm --- Bertos last chance boot camp **30 min wakeup call - Get up and get at it early in the morning. This class gives you a chance to get a quick workout in and wake your body up for the day. **Kids Boxing program – Kids boxing program for ages 6-17. It’s a great way to learn boxing and the discipline it takes to be an athlete. Kids will work on all fundamentals of boxing in a clean and safe environment. **Bertos Boot camp - Challenging workouts with a boot camp twist. With cardio, core, agility, flexibility, stretching and a variety of different style of workouts that will keep your body from hitting that “plateau affect”. You will be challenged to go past your comfort level to get those results you want. **Dungeon Boxing Class – Open boxing class/session for all to enjoy. There will be boxing workouts and teachings of all fundamentals of boxing. Getting in shape while learning how to box never felt so great. **Weight lifting Course with Coach Berto – A weight lifting course that will teach you more about technique and how to lift weights correctly. You will be learning different workouts while lifting correctly and safely. Working on endurance, power and technique with weights you will learn how to lift like the pros.
