The Dust Bowl period in U.S.A. history... I had never heard or read that this was CAUSED by US FARMING policies until this program. Nor in the many references in history books in school did I EVER encounter anything that conveys the extent to which this event was so pervasive. Not even Grapes of Wrath the movie seemed to convey this detailed information. These are MANY, MANY personal stories, reflections, and videos and very engaging detailed commentaries. It is not boring (i know it sounds that way) it is very informative. And it maintains attention and interest with such a great variety of very well produced images and videos and reflective stories from so many different perspectives and the impact is just so amazing. Another example of how we DID THIS to ourselves... and do you think we are doing anything similar like this in the economic sector again? Who do we blame?
