The EFCC,ICPC AND INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHT ORGs are hereby put on notice that THE KATSINA STATE ROAD MAINTAINACE AGENCY (KASROMA) are spending over N113 billion on proving jobs to the entire youths of katsina and mini road,drainages,flooding control in order them to commit fraud and escalate the poverty of the already too impoverished peoples of katsina which the program is created to savage if properly implemented.Enough is enough and that the pains and hardship katsina endure are matchles.
