The EPA is attempting to expand its authority to ALL water within the United States. They are working to change the law regarding their Clean Water Act from “navigable waters of the United States” and replace it with “connectivity of streams and wetlands to downstream waters” as the test for Clean Water Act regulatory authority. This rogue agency is completely out of control. Nowhere is Regina McCarthy given authority to act as if everything that is “connected” can be regulated by EPA. If youre in the mood...let em know!
