The Edeka Group is Germanys largest supermarket chain (4,100 stores). One store hid 13 cameras and, as customers stood at the checkout counters, the lights went off causing everyone to stop. Nine cashiers continued to scan items through their checkout lanes. Thats when the scanning machines began beeping a very familiar holiday tune. The cashiers had choreographed the holiday classic Jingle Bells to the delight of their customers.
