The Edmund G. Brown State Water Project is a marvel. Thur vision and determination politicians from all constituencies came together to plan for Californias future needs. From the 16 million to todays 39 million to the 50 million citizens now projected by 2025...it is todays challenge to plan for our future generations demands. Lets hope that people throughout the State can view this as a Statewide challenge...and lay aside their local biases and fears. The water resource of the state is sufficient to meet all our future needs. What is lacking is infrastructure to capture it, manage it, and use it in universally efficient and conserving ways.
