The Education Program at the Parliament of NSW includes our Young Women’s Leadership Seminars that takes place a few times throughout the year. These programs promote and encourage female School Students of Year 11 into roles of leadership beyond their roles within school. One of our past inspirational speakers was Professor Veena Sahajwalla from the University of NSW who is a leader in Engineering and Manufacture and who has developed innovative ideas in recycling rubber. In October we will run the final of this year’s series and will update on our guest speaker very soon!
