The Elcon Recycling Center, LLC (Elcon) Pre-Application Meeting scheduled for January 8, 2015 has been rescheduled. On February 11, 2015, Elcon will be hosting an information session from 7:00-9:00 pm in the Public Meeting Room at the Falls Township Building about its plans to submit an initial Part B application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the community of Elcons proposed hazardous waste management activities and to provide an opportunity to respond to questions about the proposed project.
