The Ellis County Commissioners court will be conducting workshops for the purpose of listening to presentations by county departments for the FY 2014-2015 proposed budget requests. These workshops will impact the county budget and may determine if your property tax rates will be increased, lowered or remain the same. These are public meetings and you can attend. The start times are below and the meetings will likely take most of the day. The meetings are held on the second floor of the Historic Ellis County Courthouse at 101 W. Main St in Waxahachie.
