The Embassy Of Angola Address: 110057 tel: 26146195, 26146197., 5, Poorvi Marg, new delhi Phone:011 2614 6195 अंगोला एक छोटा सा देश जिसने विश्व के सभी मुल्कों में एक छोटे से बचकाने बयान से अफरा तफरीह मचा दी है ..उसने पहले तो इस्लाम पर पाबंदी कि बात की और फिर इस पाबंदी के ऐलान से मुकर गया ..विश्व में इस देश के खिलाफ आक्रोश है ..इस मामले में अंगोला के भारत से राजनयिक सम्बन्ध स्थापित होने और यहना दूतावास होने से देश के कई लोगों ने ज्ञापन भेजकर अंगोला से राजनयिक सम्बन्ध तोड़ने कि मांग की थी लेकिन अंगोला ने अलजज़ीरा को दिए स्प्ष्टीकरण में इससे इंकार क्या है ......... अफ्रीकी देश अंगोला में इस्लाम पर प्रतिबंध, मस्जिदों को बंद करने का आदेश इस्लाम धर्म और मुसलमानों पर पाबंदी लगाने वाला अंगोला दुनिया का पहला देश बन गया है. इस आशय की खबरें अफ्रीकी अखबारों में छपी हैं. इसके मुताबिक अफ्रीका महाद्वीप के इस तटीय देश अंगोला की कल्चर मिनिस्टर रोसा क्रूज ने कहा है कि न्याय और मानवाधिकार मंत्रालय ने इस्लाम को हमारे देश में कानूनी वैधता नहीं दी है. ऐसे में अगले नोटिस तक सभी मस्जिदें बंद रहेंगी. इसके अलावा इस तरह की खबरें भी हैं कि सरकार ने मस्जिदों को गिराए जाने का भी आदेश दे दिया है. मंत्री रोसा के मुताबिक ये फैसला देश में पनप रहे कई अवैध धार्मिक मतों को रोकने की कड़ी में लिया गया है. मंत्री ने यह बयान देश की संसद में दिया और कहा कि अंगोला की संस्कृति के खिलाफ जो भी मत हैं, उन्हें रोकने के लिए यह जरूरी था. इस्लाम के अलावा और भी कई मतों, संप्रदायों पर कानूनी रूप से बंदी की तलवार लटक रही है. इस बारे में मंत्री ने कहा कि हमने जिन संप्रदायों की लिस्ट निकाली है, वे अगले आदेश तक पूजा नहीं कर सकते. उन्हें अपने धार्मिक स्थल और उससे जुड़ी सभी रस्मों को बंद करना होगा. इस फैसले के बारे में अंगोला के प्रेसिडेंट जोस अडुराडो सांतोस ने कहा कि आखिरकार हमारे देश में इस्लामिक प्रभाव के अंत की आखिरी शुरुआत हो चुकी है. इधर आज अंगोला दक्षिणी अफ्रीका के इस देश ने इस बात को गलत बताते हुए यह ब्यान जारी किया है ....Angolas government has denied it had banned Islam and closed mosques in the country, after media speculation that sparked outrage among Muslims worldwide. There is no war in Angola against Islam or any other religion, said Manuel Fernando, director of the National Institute for Religious Affairs, part of the ministry of culture, onTuesday. There is no official position that targets the destruction or closure of places of worship, whichever they are. Fernando told AFP news agency. David Ja, a spokesman for local Muslims, challenged the governments account and said that a number of mosques had already been closed. But according to the ministry of culture, those closures were related to a lack of necessary land titles, building licenses or other official documents. A witness in the province of Uige (Carmona) told Al Jazeera that the closed mosques were hastility built by expatriate communities from west and north Africa who needed a place to perform Friday prayers. “It’s true that several mosques have been destroyed and others simply shut down in the last few months. Most of the mosques that were destroyed were built without government permission. Two authorised mosques in Luanda are still operating without a problem. I have not heard of any official decision to ban Islam or prohibit Muslim prayers in mosques.” Ahmed ould Taher told Al Jazeera.
