The Embassy officers and staffs wish to congratulate Mr. Ahmad Bin Buyong, Mr. Rommel S. Cuisia, Mr. Rovel C. Ticzon and Mr. Eduardo M. Vinuya, Jr. (not in photo) for receiving loyalty awards for their continuous and committed service to the Department of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Ahmad served for 40 years, while Mr. Cuisia, Mr. Ticzon and Mr. Vinuya all served for 20 years. The loyalty award was bestowed upon them by Ambassador J. Eduardo Malaya.
