If youre adopting the viewpoint of a banker, a bank regulator, or a Treasury Department official who needs to worry about the American economy then this makes sense. #Europes economic problems no longer pose a threat to financial stability in the United States. On the other hand, the unemployment rate in the Eurozone is still over 11 percent, extremist political parties are on the rise, and in the hard-hit countries, #GDP is still way below its 2007 level.
