The Evangeline Parish Pubic Library had their Open House and Ribbon Cutting today with hundreds gathered and took tours of the beautiful new facility. Classic Hits 92.5 KVPI was there covering the entire event for those who could not attend in person. Clerk of Court Randy Deshotel was the emcee for the program and he is posing with the Librarys Susie Lemoine, Father Mitchell Guidry, pastor of Our Lady Queen of All Saints assisted by Father Jason Vidrine, pastor of Sacred Heart Church offered a dedication and blessing on the library, Mayor Jennifer Vidrine along with Library personnel and VIPs participate in ribbon cutting, Sen. Eric Lafleur , Judge John Saunders and Rep. Bernard LeBas pose in front of the Library and Parish Librarian Mary Foster Galosso speaks over the air.
