The Exmoor XC Chase! Right, were excited to announce we WILL be running on 1st & 15th Feb, meeting near Watersmeet (EX35 6LG) at 10.30 to ride out at 11.00am. Distances to be measured but will be up to a maximum of 15 miles with options to finish part way. There will be Rustic XC jumps between 2ft - 3ft which are all optional. Chase leader will be Rodger at ex pro Show Jumper & Point to Point Jockey! There will be a fast pace at the front with slower pace at the back, but there will be breathers and a chance to rest horses on downhills so you dont need to own Denman or Kauto Star to come along! :) There will be support people on the ground as well as people taking photos & first aid available. The cost will be £20 each and you can go as far as you choose & jump which ever jumps you like. The course will be made up of woodland tracks, open fields, and across the moors with between 25 - 30 jumps. We have a few stables available for livery the night before if its needed, £20 inc a couple bales straw & a lib hay/haylage. Ive added a few picture of the jumps from little to large!
