The FITs 4th session is now in play! Starting 10/14/2014 – Tuesday, we will now offer Small Group Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT). Small Group Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) sessions incorporate a variety of weight lifting scenarios to maximize both cardio-respiratory fitness and full body strength in a minimum amount of time. Like its counterpart, Strength Training, MRT utilizes weights, but with medium loads and higher reps. We have added to our equipment stock with more kettlebells, dumbbells, and new sandbags! Strength Training will still be offered every session and Metabolic Conditioning, i.e. SPARCQ and ESD, will continue with the same times. Listed below are the new times for MRT: Tuesday: 5 a.m. 6 a.m. 9 a.m. Wednesday: 5 a.m. 6 a.m 8 a.m. Thursday: 5 a.m. 6 a.m. 9 a.m. We’re so excited to bring you all the training options at The FIT!
