The FVIC can be expanded to serve the whole province. All the elements exist. Some of the requirements include some training for judges, police, and Crown (excellent training was already done for St. Johns staff); courtroom time set apart an afternoon a week and the provision of treatment groups for offenders and support services for victims. This can be done... this should be done! There is no valid reason not to do this. Come on Premier Marshall we know you can step up and do the right thing. Make the reinstatement and expansion of the FVIC part of your legacy!
