The Falconer: Nico - from Desertshore, 1971- my favorite album and likely my favorite song by Nico, produced by her professional frenemy and former band member, John Cale. she claimed this was the only production by Cale that she liked. this woman was goth long before the designation was even conceived in rock/pop. she lyrics included at youtube site. below is a film by Nicos lover at the time, Philippe Garrels, whose movie was used on the cover of Desertshore.
