The Fast Pass system is truly not so great as is. To think that a similar system will work to accommodate those with special needs is quite ignorant. We entered rides with my mother who was using a scooter due to severe RA so we did not have a guest pass for my son. However, even someone as high functioning as he, was anxious at times and we had to be careful not to lose him in crowds. To change or suspend a system because people figured out a way to "con" their way into obtaining cards is an inappropriate response to this situation. Try a little harder Disney.
