The Fathers Rights Movement False Allegations of Domestic Abuse / Violence The Tactical Advantages of False Allegations of Domestic Abuse / Violence can last well beyond the age of maturity of the children, and in far too many cases, continue until the death of the Father - natural or otherwise. The ‘Tactical Advantages’ provided by False Allegations of Domestic Abuse / Violence - taint the Father in the Courts eyes, and in the eyes of relatives, friends, neighbors, the community at large, and helps ensure that the Mother (in the majority of cases): 1) Gets full custody and control of children - and thereby to a great degree - allowing the Mother to control the Fathers relationship with his children. 2) Receives maximum Child Support and related collection / enforcement of CS from governmental agency. These collection / enforcement abilities go far beyond the limits of FDCPA, and also include protection from bankruptcy elimination via Bankruptcy Rules for CS, and the Bradley Amendment. 3) Receives maximum Spousal Support and related collection / enforcement of said Support from governmental agency. Again, with enforcement abilities far beyond the limits of FDCPA, and includes protection from bankruptcy elimination via Bankruptcy Rules, and the Bradley Amendment. 4) Limits the Fathers visitation - often requiring Supervised visitation - at additional expense to Father. 5) Is awarded control of the marital property, and the majority of personal property - especially the property relative to the children. This forces the Father to spend additional expense to start from scratch to create a household comfortable and inviting enough for the children to want to visit. 6) Receives (from DV Industry & related Federal, State, and County Srvcs) housing support, educational support, Civil legal support, financial support, legal advocacy and emotional support, victim Srvcs and financial support. 7) In cases where the mother/womens immigration status is in jeopardy - she receives preferential treatment for herself to prevent deportation. Father is presumed guilty until proven innocent. 9) In the case of a woman facing serious criminal legal action (done against her husband/partner) – such False Allegations provide her with an emotionally-accepted defense strategy, as well as specialized legal defense funding and expertise from the DV Industry. Such False Allegations are the equivalent of a Nuclear Bomb against the Father – having the financial, legal, and emotionally demoralizing effect necessary for the Mother to prevail in virtually every aspect of the Adversarial Court Process known as ‘Family Court’.
