The Female Mentoring Program of KSOP was initiated to enable female master students to get first insights into the research areas of the KSOP PhD Program. Larissa Bergmann, doctoral researcher at KSOP, is one of the female mentors. She gives advice, shares personal experiences regarding all organizational issues of a PhD project, reports about her doctoral thesis and her research area Photonic Materials and Devices.
