If the moderate reflecting back Others values were justified and authorised Islamic cultural altruistic enforcers there would be no terror attacks. There are increasing Muslim terror attacks so the power to direct Islamic/Muslim culture lies at the radical end not the so called moderate end as it does with all cultural codex containing a genocide construct of Other.
