The Final Exposé on Demons (Chapter Five) Dont Give Residence For the Devil!! As believers, we ought not to accommodate the devil and his schemes even half a second.The Holy Spirit through the lips of Paul said in Ephesians 4:27, Neither give place (license) to the devil. The greek word also renders the word place as license. Remember Jesus gave us (the Church) the keys of (license to lock) hell and death. The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church. Someone will say but Brother Emmanuel, how can gates move? Gates do not move. What it means here is that when the Church matches with dominion to the wing or the camp of the folding entrance of hell, it cant stand us. Praise God!!! This means that the Church is in Charge and we are the church. Demons are always seeking for a room to operate. In Matthew 12:43-45, scripture records that 12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 12:44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 12:45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. This means that their main goal is to seek for a habitation and destroy it. You see, the point is that the devil and his demons are not your friends but your enemies. However, they are loosers whichever way you look at it. Build up your faith to a level where when you step into any viccinity, every evil principality should tremble at your presence because you are a Jesus man or woman and we take dominion...WE DONT SHARE DOMINION!! No residence for the devil and his cohorts. Jesus told us to cast them out. He didnt tell us to entertain them. God dealt with the Israelites like that. He told them in Deuteronomy 11:24 that Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.
