Stand Lead A Stand Lead is assigned to and is in charge of each of the full service concession stands. Their main responsibilities are the supervision and direction of stand workers, maintenance of inventory levels, food quality and the creation of service at their location. The stand lead and the assistant stand lead share the responsibility of balancing inventory usage to cash receipts at each event. STAND WORKER: Stand Workers are responsible for the set-up of product displays and condiment tables, customer service at a point of sale in the concession stand, ongoing cleanliness of their service area and stand clean-up at the end of the event under the direction of a stand lead or assistant lead.
